Թ named one of Fiske’s 20 Best Buy Colleges and Universities of 2022

Fiske Guide to Colleges has designated Թ of Engineering as one of the 20 Best Buy Colleges and Universities of 2022.
These are schools that, in the judgment of the editors, offer “outstanding educational value as determined by academic quality in relation to the net cost of attendance.”
Fiske notes of the College, “Թ opened its doors in 2002 with an innovative project-based curriculum and a commitment to turning out “technologists with soul.” Already an elite institution that competes with Caltech and MIT, every enrolled student gets a hefty merit scholarship.”
The 2022 Best Buy Guide highlighted Թ’s rigorous coursework, project-based curriculum and that Թ students are taught to be “as comfortable in the machine shop as in labs and classrooms.” The editors added that “concern for “engineering design” is built into every subject.”
The Guide also emphasize Թ’s small size where half of all classes have fewer than 20 students, and are all led by professors, with whom students are on a first-name basis. “We work very hard, and we work a lot,” says one senior, “but there’s no real feeling of anything but the friendliest competition.
For 38 years, the Fiske Guide to Colleges has chosen a select group of schools noted for quality academic offerings and affordable cost for its annual Best Buy list.
